Earlier this month my husband, a friend and I visited Jeju and we decided to stay at Jeju Eco. Initially we were nervous about staying at the facility because we were not sure what to expect. But upon our arrival I was very impressed when we arrived at the bus stop where we were dropped off from the airport with one of the staff members already there waiting to pick us up. It was really nice not having to wait or trying to figure out what do considering we were in a new place. 
Once we arrived at the facility, Victor and his staff were great. Having worked in the hospitality industry and managed hotels in the past I felt that the service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and great customer service. Service was great in the sense that after our tours Victor or his staff dropped us off at the local restaurants and picked us up. That was definitely a plus because we were not expecting that. The facility was very clean and eco friendly. We really like our room/suite that was shared by 3. It was very clean, spacious, and cozy. 

I would definitely stay in this facility again if we were to come back to Jeju. I have also recommended the hotel to friends.
