Hallasan, more than just a mountain for Koreans

Hallasan is more than just the highest mountain in Southern part of Korea, it is a spiritual mountain for locals and Korean visitors, a must for every adult or child to hike Halla at least once in each season I guess. How many foreigners would you find on snowy chilly day hiking in Hallasan? I was the only one today on Monday, but could see hundreds of Koreans not professional climbers, but just members of clubs, families, friends spending time together, having fun with snow, this is really mountain loving nation, one of the fittest I've ever seen.)
