tour conception:
First visit Seoul (the capital of Korea) which is a dynamic city with royal palaces and antique street shops. See here Korean Folk Village representing traditions of different regions of Korea. After that visit Andong – a very traditional region and a center of Confucianism in Korea. Explore Gyeongju having several UNESCO World Heritage Sights and often called as “a Museum without Walls” of Korea.

1st day Seoul

Arrive in Incheon airport, pick up and transfer to your downtown hotel.
2nd day Seoul (B) Visit Korean Folk Village in the afternoon where many features of Korean culture have been collected and preserved for future generations to see and learn. It is set in a natural environment occupying approximately 243 acres representing various household goods from different regions. Come back to your hotel. Unaccompanied traditional peformance in Chongdong Theatre.
3rd day Seoul,
Andong (B)
Visit Gyeongbok Royal Palace which was built in 1394 as the main palace of Joseon Dynasty, where nowdays you still can see the Royals guards changing ceremony. Then proceed to National Folk Museum. Enjoy Jogye Templewhich is the main temple of Jogye stream in Korea. Visit Namdaemun traditional market. Take a train or bus to Andong. Hotel in Andong.
4th day Andong, Gyeongju (B) Tour in Andong (very traditional region of Korea). Visit Dosan Confucian School. Then proceed to Andong Hahoe Village where people actually live now. This village is also famous for its traditional masks. Take a train or bus to Gyeongju. Overnight in Gyeongju.
5th day Gyeongju
(B)
Tour in Gyeongju (contains several UNESCO World Heritage sites).Cheomseongdae Observatory, Gyeongju National Museum, Gyeongju Folk Craft Village, Bulguksa Temple, Seokguram Grotto. Overnight in Gyeongju
6th day Gyeongju
(B)
Free time in Gyeongju, you can explore Namsan Mountain with numerous stoneBuddhas carved on the rocks starting from the 7th century. Overnight in Gyeongju.
7th day Gyeongju, Seoul (B) Take a train back to Seoul. Free time in Seoul, follow instructions of our guide.
8th day Seoul (B) Return to Incheon airport by limousine bus.
